The founder and owners are veterans of the U.S. Army. Each participated in Operation Desert Shield/Desert Storm and Operation Just Cause. With being a veteran they feel deeply in their hearts the sadness of seeing fellow veterans living on the streets. That is what is going to make their homes successful.

Chandra Connor Gaines
Chandra Connor Gaines was born in Richmond, Virginia. The youngest of seven children. Graduated from Marshall-Walker High School in which she obtained an academic diploma. Continuing her education she obtained a Practical Nurse degree which she has retired after 34 years. Graduated in 1999 with an associate for a pre-physician assistant. Later she started a doctor of osteopathic medicine schooling where an accident caused her to end that degree. In 2015 she obtained a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Healthcare Management.

Rodney M. Williams Sr.
Rodney M. Williams Sr. a retired Army Major. Born and raised in Charleston South Carolina. Graduated with honors from South Carolina State College, earning a B.S. degree in Criminal Justice in May 1987. He was also commissioned as a Second Lieutenant in the US Army. He was ordained pastor in Stuttgart, Germany. Once returning to the US he held several different churches throughout the tri-cities in Virginia. Pastor Williams is an entrepreneur that has opened and ran different businesses. He was appointed to District Elder in the Virginia Southern Dioceses identity.
