ASHVET was founded by fellow veterans to help meet the overwhelming demand for services to homeless veterans. Over the years, they have seen many Vets lose their way and became homeless, losing hope, self-esteem and their former way of life. It is the shared vision of the founders to create a special place for homeless veterans to call their home and do what is necessary to care for these deserving veterans who so valiantly served and protected our country.
Giving Our Veterans the Help that they Deserve
A Safe Haven for Veterans Transitional Homes will seek to provide the best possible array of services that are needed by homeless veterans to help them get back on their feet and once again become well-adjusted, contributing members of society. To this end, the Company will focus on being a caring, supportive provider and advocate for the veterans in its care to ensure their successful transition back into society.
The intent is to house homeless veterans for two years to retrain their minds to adapt again to living and finding contentment and happiness within the community in which they live.
